Nuclia Waste was the hostess with the mostest at the 5th Annual Telluride Gay Ski Week in Colorado. She hosted the Oscar Party and the Mad Hatter Ski Party & Contest. For the first time ever, Nuclia skiied in drag! The hardest part about skiing in drag was figuring out what to wear. Her outfit had to be practical, i.e., warm, protective, insulated. But she needed to look fabulous, too. If you have ever taken a stroll through Sports Authority, you probably have noticed the lack of drag queens shopping for stunning outfits. And for good reason. Fabulous sequined cocktail dresses really don't lend themselves to being suspended from a chairlift with the wind and snow blowing up your cootchy. Wrapped in her white fur, Nuclia looked like a yeti in drag. She was warm AND abominable.
