Rock Flats, the home of Nuclia Waste, is located near Boulder in central Colorado. You can see the beautiful Flatiron rock formations in the distance. Nuclia's main living quarters is the large building in the center. Her fans have built a nomadic city around her home so they can bask in the glow of her radioactive powers.
